Ingredients
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener
1 tsp baking soda
1 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 c water
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c chopped walnuts
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F |

Combine flour, salt, Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener, and baking soda in a large bowl

In a separate bowl mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices |

Combine dry and wet ingredients; mix until just combined |

Fold in walnuts |
| 6. |
Spread into greased loaf pan & bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick is clean |

Remove from oven, turn out and let cool |

¼ lb butter softened
2 eggs
1 ½ c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c mashed very ripe bananas
½ c sour cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ c chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F |

Butter and flour a 9” x 5” loaf pan |

Cream butter and Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener until creamy |
| 4. |
Add eggs and beat well |
| 5. |
Sift the dry ingredients together and combine with butter mixture; blend well |
| 6. |
Add the bananas, sour cream and vanilla; stir well
|
| 7. |
Stir in nuts and pour into prepared pan
|
| 8. |
Bake 1 hr until cake tester comes out clean
|

Turn onto rack and cool
|
