Ingredients
3 fresh lemons
6 packs Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener
2 c water
Ice
Directions
| 1. |
Juice 2 lemons into 1 qt jar |
| 2. |
Cut 3rd lemon into quarters and squeeze juice into jar; drop lemon quarters into jar

Add Ideal® and water to jar, seal and shake to dissolve sweetener |

Pour into 2 tall glasses over ice; garnish with lemon slice, if desired |

Pour eggnog through a strainer, stir in vanilla and refrigerate until chilled about three hrs |

2 oz club soda
Cubed ice
1 lime wedge for garnish
1 sprig mint for garnish

Crush ingredients using muddling stick or spoon, until mint and sweetener are dissolved |

Fill glass ¾ from the top with ice; add rum and top with club soda |

1 ½ c espresso beans
3 c boiling water

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 vanilla bean split
4 c non-fat milk
4 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped

In a coffee mill, finely grind the beans; then brew espresso with the boiling water using coffee maker |

In a small bowl, combine Ideal® No Calorie Sweetener and cinnamon and set aside |
| 3. |
Using a small knife, scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean into medium saucepan; pour in the milk and scald over medium heat about 5 min |
| 4. |
Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted; cover and keep warm over very low heat |
| 5. |
Divide the espresso into four cups, mugs, or glasses; in a blender begin whipping half of the warm chocolate milk at low speed; gradually increase the speed to high and blend until frothy, about 1 min |

Pour the chocolate milk into cups of coffee; stir briefly; top each cup with some milk froth and sprinkle top with reserved cinnamon sweetener |
